Using Tweet Reach to Measure ROI

Twitter continues to be a very popular social network. Many blogs have retweet buttons which help increase the exposure of their site across the network. What I always wondered was what the impact of my tweet was when I send it out. After some searching I ran into a website called which allows you to input any tweet you have published and measure the spread of it over twitters network.

For my most recent post I typed in my twitter message I sent out on May 3rd for Facebook 101 for business. Below is a screen shot of those results.

As you can see my own message I sent out was retweeted by two other people which resulted in a total of 769 impressions of my tweet. What I pulled the most out of this information and will continue to do so is who is retweeting my messages and get into contact with them more.

Go ahead and give it a try and remember to connect with those sharing your message to start maximizing the results you get with twitter. Having the right tools and knowing how to use them makes all the difference.
