Over the last 15 years of marketing online a number of things have become apparent to me and I wanted to share these with you to help you jump over this hurdle and start living your goals asap!
There are 3 things that stick out to me for everyone I have coached for. These 3 things often hold that person back or impede on their goals. Yes there are exceptions to this and for a lucky few but for the most part the items listed below are what are holding most new comers to making money online back.
Quit Your Job
Since making money online is honestly a serious challenge and I highly recommend having some form of start up capital before you take on this endeavor the last thing you should do is quit your job.
I understand you might want to leave you job and go rushing towards your dreams however those dreams will not solely be fueled on motivation I am sorry.
Having a semi solid foundation and a way to generate some extra side income to help fuel your business will allow you to take a few more risks and make some mistakes, that trust me you will make we all do. However these wont set you back so hard and you will be able to learn and recover from it quickly compared to maybe breaking you and crushing your dreams.
Keep the job till you have reached the point where you are making enough online to cover it and then some.
Making Money Online is Easy
Honestly making money online at least at first will end up having you log some serious hours more then any full time job.
Those serious about making money online should expect to dump a lot of time into their business both learning and creating content. It is important to continue to learn in your business and even test out some new methods in your free time that no one else has you might just stumble on the next big thing!
Always Follow Your Passion
Sounds good and dreamy but some passions simply have no capital behind them. Do your research and see if it is going to be possible to earn a home based income off of your passion.
This should be your start point and base how you want to go about pursuing it. Do you still want to hold down a full time job and just do it from time to time on the site or do you want to go all out and supplement your existing income the choices are yours.
